About Pastor Donald Kirschner
Pastor Donald is incredibly blessed and excited to be a part of all God is doing at the First UMC of Mount Holly! Although originally from Sun Valley, California, he moved to Waxahachie, Texas at the age of 11 and is now finding himself on the east coast for the immediate foreseeable future. He recently finished his Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary in May of 2017 and, before that, had double majored in Christian Ministries and Psychology at Azusa Pacific University in southern CA, also serving as Youth Minister at Spirit of Life Bible Church for a time. During college, before entering into his calling as a minister, he worked in various sales and management capacities. He recently entered into marriage with his wife, Katherine, on October 21, 2017, whom he met during his first year of seminary. Aside from serving the church and spending time with Katherine, Donald enjoys running, singing, playing guitar and writing. He has now been serving at the First UMC of Mt. Holly for two-and-a-half years and looks forward to all God has in store for this incredible town of Mt. Holly in 2018!
